Sandra Petrovits
School Director
Sandra Petrovits founded Agapeland Greek-American School in 1992, driven by a deep need for a bilingual education for her own children. At that time, there were no schools that combined Greek and English instruction, so she and her husband took matters into their own hands, establishing Agapeland as a place where children could grow up fluent in both languages and cultures. What began as a personal mission soon flourished into a thriving institution, and today, Agapeland remains a cherished family-run business, with multiple generations of Sandy’s big family actively involved in its daily operations. Their dedication ensures that Agapeland continues to be a “land of love”, nurturing young minds in a warm, bilingual environment.

We believe in the “whole child” approach to education. This means that body, mind and spirit are treated with equal importance. We meet each child’s personal and educational milestones naturally by singing, laughing and playing in a pressure and stress-free environment!
The school campus provides a safe, peaceful and stimulating environment! No pollution, no traffic, no distractions!
The spacious garden is developmentally designed. Children play among the trees, relax in grass, hold bunnies, and observe birds and ducks in a duck pond! Children are regularly exercising in the play areas, tennis court and swimming pool.
We are a boutique school with spacious classrooms that are full of sun light and brightly decorated with the children’s art.
We have found that the best way to apply knowledge in the minds of children comes hand-in-hand with the gentleness and loving care of the teacher.
